Another great article Glen! This will help me to target the most commonly used terminology for the position I am now seeking. It amazes me how many different ways there are to refer to the same thing. For example, I ask myself, "Do I call myself an instructional designer, learning and performance consultant, training and development professional or what?" The answer is probably “it depends” or "all the above" but your methodology here will at least help me to determine what is more commonly used and then tie that to the terminology used with a specific target company … need I say more?

Thank You Again Glen!
