My comment: Why then a person spend his time filling jobs applications if you dont know the &quot;right&quot; person whom is gonna put you into the &quot;right&quot; work place?, So everything is about &quot;contacts&quot;? Not Knowledge??</description>

		<description>As usual, great article.We are in the Sales business of finding and placing qualified talent. As my first Recruiting manager taught me it doesn&#039;t matter where you meet them, just always be on the lookout for them to build relationships! It amazes me how we Recruiters who are in the business of change like to cling to old technology and resist new ones; GM vs. Toyota. I agree that if you can&#039;t find the right people then you need the loud plaid blazer and cliches to hard sell. Keep posting real context!</description>
