Happy Holidays from www.BooleanBlackBelt.com
Although I typically post at least 3 times a week (M/W/F), I’m taking the majority of this week to spend some quality time with my family – I hope you have the opportunity to do the same.
I’d like to use this brief post to sincerely thank each and every visitor to www.booleanblackbelt.com over the past few months – and extra special thanks are in order to everyone who told someone else about the site or recommended it to others. I really appreciate you helping to spread the word.
Although my first post was in October 2008 and I’ve had no real “official launch” as of yet - I’ve had nearly 2200 unique visitors since I first posted. I could not have accomplished that without the help of a few industry heavyweights (such as Michael Marlatt, Maureen Sharib, Amitai Givertz, and the Recruiting Animal) who noticed my site and offered guidance and opportunities to partner. Thank you!
I have high hopes that 2009 is going to be a great year for www.booleanblackbelt.com - I’ve already worked on 20+ posts designed to share useful knowledge and bring the most value to visitors. Plus – I have a few surprises in the works that I think will remove the mystery and the challenges of creating Boolean search strings and enable sourcers and recruiters to quickly find top talent – and perhaps blow some minds in the process!
So if you’re interested in learning how to more effectively leverage information systems for sourcing and recruiting – stay tuned, come back often, and please let others who could benefit know about the site.
Happy Holidays!
